Case Management

At Troopers, we understand that recovery requires more than simply staying sober, and because of this we provide case management as a core part of our program.

Each resident is assigned a dedicated case manager who offers individualized planning, accountability, and direct support in areas such as housing, healthcare, education, employment, and life skills.

Therefore, by removing barriers and ensuring consistent guidance, residents are able to focus more fully on their recovery, stay compliant with probation or parole, and build the foundation needed for long-term independence. In addition, our structured and supportive approach creates a pathway where growth is not only encouraged but expected.
